  • 1 cup diced apples

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
